We had a critical situation in which dragged us into such situations before we could allow our rig to operate for production. There was a confused situation which not allow us to get fully involved in the construction of the rig and due to some circumstances, we have to call upon the OEM to solve all the problems. The very fist thing that we faced is the attitude f the Norwegian NOV.

It some sort that they just spent their fucking vacation on out rig, they just eat sleep and fuck! We still faced lots of problems after our XOPS guys came on board and checked the systems. The very first thing what the Norwegian did was creating a problems with the crews. They spent their time’s onboard by serving the fucking internet, serving the TAGGED may be tried hardly to find ladies to be fuck..!!

The XOPS guys really got frustrated with the current situation. The talk back systems are not running, the E-Hawk system which officially certified without any internet line connected to the cyberbase and thousands of problems which has been left without any countermeasures been taken.

The Norwegian guys spent their honeymoon by sitting inside the LER fully air conditioned room, thy ate and drank there and left all the shits behind. (shits at the place they eat).

At the end of the honeymoon before they grabbed their fucking bag to leave the rig, they promised to give something fucking secrets to our chief mechanic. “I’ll give you the programs/data which highly confidential and should not be exposed to anybody” before they hand over the thumb drive.

once they left the rig, and when our chief mechanic browse the thum drive you know what happened? NOTHING INSIDE IT….. it was a blank thumb drive…!!!!

I had worked along together with all races arround the globes, from the whole world and today two fuckin Norwegian tried to show to me how foolish they were.

A fleet management system which they call it as STAR IPS and STAR CPS. IPS stands for Information and Planning System and CPS brought the meaning of Centralize Purchasing System. If you have a chance to view the truly operated system, you could find the beautifulness of the structure where they call it as SFI which stands for Standard Filing Index. They also call it as Technical Account and there it describe every single inch of the fleet and able the users to manage the each vessel on the fleet effectively and that’s if you get the full version which left no hiding( will be explain in details  later).

The STAR offers two options which can be operates either on ORACLE or MSQL database and required about 2MB space on disc or a bit larger than that. I wrote too much about this STAR and that wasn’t the main point as I want to express it here. The main issues that I would like to share with all of you out there is the way how the SIS Marine treated their customer.

I had worked and hold a grant as a superuser for Enterprise Assets Management in various program and database and since those days I found out that the Assets Managements System offered me the same structure and hierarchy at all the time and specifically offers Manageable Maintenance System which later they call it as CMMS. As I saw the STAR System at the first time, I found that the system was too complicated and it would brings more delays on the executions of the maintenance activities onboard especially, but after 6 months struggling on compiling the data with all crews at site, we seek minor advise from SIS Marine and minimum requirement for them to update/amend the System.  SIS Marine was responsible on selling the STAR system to all users where they gain money from the services that they charge in a later after, as and when.

Among all the customers which they claimed to be theirs, the only company which offer them less money as they only required to upgrade the system where mainly sitting on the major platforms. (not that major la, we just call it major la because we tried to emphasise the tiny little system) was a company in KL. 

Various way has been done and lots of actions has been taken by SIS Marine until one day the dare to touch the system database in order to get PO from their customer to call them to come and review their faulty system. We did realized wut that they (SIS Marine) hardly tried and wut that they had done, our management have a weekly meeting and everytime in the meeting we will voice out the problem of the STAR System which shown inconsistency on the System. The System which claimed to be the most friendly has turned to be a night mare to all of us as a user. On the day we called the SIS Marine Project Manager to come down to KL to oversee our system and purposely I had change the logging password to the server and the application. 

As we don’t have an excess to the server we didn’t ask the password to be protected and always open for anybodies to view, as long as you have the MSQL Management Server software and owned a password to enter. Once the SIS Marine apointed Project Manager was here in KL with his long necktie hung on his shirt, he started mentioned that we had done lots of mistakes which effect the system to run in smooth. The lessons that he tought us before has been claimed to be in the oposite site and just not to prolong unnecessary speach and arguement, we straight away started on asking him to start with his job on reviewing the system database which he claimed to be the main roots of the problems. He took the whole day to do his job and before I left the office at 5:30pm he had shown his busy on setting up some printouts in our CPS. 

Before of that, he insist to have a password to enter the server as I stop his fucking craps stories and staright away gave him the password to enter the server where the adjustment had took place at the first time. Now you can see it clearly how they created the problems and requested themselves to be called to repair the problems in which has been created before. This is how they make money. 

No mater you are working with the MSQL or ORACLE, the system works as what it is, as long as you didn’t make any adjustment as well, nothing could happened. Missed setting of your application would result you a total different compared to missed setting of the operating database. To believe that someone with years of experiences in Assets Management System didn’t know about IT, that will be a foolish way of thinking.

30th August,2009 we went back to Melaka as I have to send back my first “Anak Merdeka” Muhammed Redzuan Ikhbal back to his boarding school in Selandar Melaka on the next day. After reached home we have a routine “berbuka puasa” with all of our family members and after that I decided and went out to a kampung coffee shop just in a walking distance from my mother house in Padang Jambu, Melaka.

While having my “teh tarik” my sister called me back home because my wife experienced some bleeding which shown a sing to have a delivery. It was too early as it was only 7 months and doctor has extimated that the delivery shall be in October,2009. Then my wife decided to visit a clinic as we didn’t suspected that she’s gonna give a birth before suddenly I change my mind and straight away heading to the Maternity Melaka general Hospital. Once I reached there, the hospital attendance guy grab a wheel chair after I mentioned to him that my wife she’d gonna give a birth. Well sometime you have to act like something serious in order to get a good services from them… huhuhuhuhuhuhuhu.

After sent her to the hospital, I shoot and drive straight to Shah Alam because I need to present the “Red card” (Pra Natal Record Book) shall in case my wife need to give a birth on that night. But in my mind, I never tought that my wife she’s gonna give a bith of my 6th child…!!!!!! I went back to Shah Alam, grab the red card and prepared me some drinks and then drove back to Melaka.

On my way…………!!!!! my wife called me that she has given a birthand need me to bring the card to the hospital clinic immediately. I’m shock to death, because I didn’t realized that he will be born that soon. When I drove in the highway, I suddenly shocked and shouted……….. today’s MERDEKA.!!!!!!!!! I got a second “Anak Merdeka”…!!!!

I called my mother and told her that my wife has safely gave a birth and asked her what day and date was that day? My mother said it was Monday…!!!! Then I asked her again, what day is today when she told me again that that day was Monday…!!!

Then I said to her, that that day was “Merdeka Day” and she shouted and congratulate me for my second merdeka son. I named him as “MUHAMMED HARITH IRFAN” which brought lots of meaning in my life. May god bless us in a family and give us more “rezeki” in the future time….. “amin”

We are constructing 2 new jackup rigs which been signed between our partner Standard Drilling Norway and Labroy Offshore Limited few years back in Batam.

Here you can see NAGA 2 stood up strong as a new high-tech drilling rig with sophisticated drilling equipments attached to the rig. The mast stood high with more than 36 metres tall and attach with VARCO TDS-8SA Tripple S Pipe the latest machine on earth. The double Chair Cyberbase confirmed the rig as a 3rd generation rig and with all the DCDA Technologies attached.

The rig can afford to accommodate 110 POB in a time with confortable and high class galley constructed to satisfy current needs. The cantilever skid 75′ long without interupting the stability of the rig and the design of the fixed section for each legs made the rig stood strong.

Since  I reduced my smooking habits, I felt on gaining weight as well as my tummy getting ….. erk… my pants all getting small…!!!! huhuhuhuhuhuhuhu. I did realized that i can’t stop eating at all the time. So, to avoid from taking heavy food day and night, I drank more then plenty of waters…. and once I felt to smooke, I drink plain water.

As a result, I successfully gain my waist not bigger but hugeenough…!!!! My tummy was huge filled with liquids. I’m hardly to move, to stand after sitting on the floor and felt inconfortable at all the time.

To be honest with you out there, this is my first time I saw it and to be frank you you also, it was a hard time for me to accomplish the task. A new system but really efficient, everything shown clearly in a single interface which allow you to work easily and i can say that it is more friendly then SAP or MAXIMO.

The system offers users to manage the whole fleet in a single interface. The only thing that you need to do is to select the appropriate vessel that you need to work with. I spent months to understood the trend of the system, I’m not an IT Engineer so the things that I only know is to apply the system.

Working with SQL database was more easy then ORACLE. Although STAR System offers users either to select ORACLE or SQL but most of the companies nowadays preferred SQL and I didn’t fucking known why, but for me I felt the difference.

STAR System offers users the systematic Filing Index which widely used in North Sea. if you remembered the late Piper Alpha tragic incident which killed most of it crews. The Norwegian has created a more systematic fleet management system in order to manage their vessels, especially the jack up rig, tender bash, tender assist etc all over the North Sea Operations.

I’m not going to tell you about the North Sea Operation but to emphasise you the marvelous STAR System which been introduced to me. I love working with it and I did believed that I could master the application within a short time. You can choose the modules in which you want to manage your vessels. It was a complete management system with safety management clearly arrange in a single module. You can find a Accident module, Near Accident, Non-Conformities, Guarantee Claims, Consequences, potential Consequences, Findings, Audit inspection and Safety observation Card Module line up under a drop down tree under the module.

Also a lesson learn module which allow you to make an improvement from time to time. You’ll love it when you have a chance working with it.

I rushed back home and grabbed my kid to Ampuan Rahimah General Hospital in Klang. There were quiet numbers of schools closed in Kuala Lumpur due to H1N1 and Sekolah Menengah Section 13 was one of the schools which involved in H1N1 cased but yet to be close by the government.

After went through the checking and blood test for more then two hours waiting, he had found free of H1N1 and we wnt back home at 12:o0 mid night.

Kejadian dikatakan berlaku lebih kurang pukul 11 pagi apabila tertuduh dikatakan telah masuk ke dalam bilik menantunya yang pada masa itu tinggal berseorangan kerana suaminya telah pergi bekerja.

Tertuduh kemudian dilaporkan telah memaksa mangsa menanggalkan bajunya lalu tertuduh telah meramas dan menghisap buah dada ( mesti besar, pejal dan montok tu ) mangsa.
Jiran-jiran dapat menangkap tertuduh setelah mendengar jeritan mangsa lalu membawanya ke balai polis.

Di balai polis, suami mangsa, iaitu anak lelaki tertuduh, terus meluru kepada ayahnya dengan perasaan marah bercampur kesal.

Si anak dengan menahan sabar berbaur kemarahan, dengan nada suara menggigil kerana menahan amarah yang amat sangat, lalu bertanya kepada ayahnya, “Ayah….. naper ayah buat camni ha? Ayah dah hilang akal ke? Tak malu ke? Mana kami nak letak muka, ayah? Kenapa ayah? why? why? why?”.

Si ayah pun dengan tenang lagi selamba menjawab, “Ooh… malu konon… apa yang nak dimalukan?” Berdesing telinga si anak apabila mendengar jawapan ayahnya.

“Apa??!! Tak malu??!!! Badan si anak menggeletar teramat kerana cuba menahan marah.
Itu bini saya la ayah!!!!

“Dah tu…..” tempelak si ayah, “yang kau tu dulu hisap buah dada bini aku, aku tak kisah pun.
Takkan skang ni aku nak hisap buah dada bini kau pun tak boleh??? Kena adil laaa!!!” Si anak terus jadi sawan mendengar jawapan ayahnya.

Today is the first weekend with my family since we move to Shah Alam. This morning we went to the fish market at S 6, having breakfast there and scoot home two hours later. Farisha not feeling very well today and actually he body felt a bit worm since yesterday. My wife decided to bring her to the clinic this afternoon.

Hafiz has started his schooling last Friday at Section 9 and Amar will start by Monday next week. I’d seen from their face an enjoyment with their new home, new schools and new friends. hafiz had started a relationships with some kids from our neighbours.

I couldn’t tell all of you out there how to appreciate on spending weekend with your family. To see the kids flittering arround, the boys are playing in the living room sounding the vehicles while they are pushing their toys, Farisha to climb up to my head while I’m reading a news paper while I’m planning to clim my wife in the mid of Saturday night for our future undertakings investment………… huhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhu.

As my house facing directly to the pool, I could saw my hero’s swimming and diving in the pool up and down happily while their sister just sat on the chair looking at he brothers.

In the late afternoon at 6:30pm after my wife sent my son back to school, just near to the MPMBB someone had bumped our car from the back. As what that I had been told the young guy used to be one of the “mat tiarap” on a rushed back to Lumut as he had to report for duty at 12:00am. What a jerk…

He claimed that my car which drove by my wife didn’t have brake lights before my wife shown him our miracle rear brake lights. Huge and bright!!!!

After the incident, the guy called his father, mother, brother and my wife called me where I spoke to his father which introduced himself as an officer in Jabatan Kemajuan Masyarakat. Well, all those info doesn’t made any sense to me and I didn’t believed that  Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat will pay any single cent for the fucking damages that his son had done to our car. So I strongly suggested him to make a police report.

During the incident, many funny things happened. All kind of talks, promises, god words like “kun fayakun”, god willing and so many things which I couldn’t mention it here… huhuhuhuhuhuhhuhu. As for me, I didn’t said this as “kun fayakun” I most preferred as qada & qadar or suratan Ilahi, so that’s why we called it as an accident.

Then the mother, in the beginning was so polite said that all this thing happened as what had been written by the god and later at the end she told us that the truth will be revealed later and for those who try to bluff shall be paid in their life. Aku nak sepak tak mulut makcik nie???………… dah la anak dia langgar kereta aku, pastu dia kata pulak aku dok kelentong dia….. ke nak aku cungkil bijik mata dia dengan ibu jari kaki aku nie…. tanampak ker saper langgar saper???

Without wasting any fucking time, we drove to the Traffic Police Station and made the report. After further investigation by the AIO we could claim their insurance as well. Kalau aku dok layan makcik tu malam tu… aku rasa hari nie dah banyak dosa aku sebab menangkis mulut light siber dia tu…. huhuhuhuuhuhuhu

I felt so bored and my hands all gatal-gatal as I didn’t do anything at all. As for now, everybody can call me Pak Supir, where my routine job everyday only to send and pickup my kids from schools. The different is, I didn’t use that menteri besar white uniform + songkok and sit at the back of the steering wheel. The very interesting thing is, whenever they saw me coming, they will jump in and sit at the back…… betul-betul gue macam Pak Spir deh…. huhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhu. and in an addition, my lutut pun dah lenguh-lenguh nie asik dok asik berenjut jer…. huhuhuuhuhhuhu.

Since I came back, I met lots of my friends and they seems to be same as before, years ago. The only changes that I saw only their tummies getting bigger and bigger. Including me…. I might write it earlier in front before huhuhuhuhuhuhhhuhuhuhuhuhuu….. Saying hello, hi there, how’s things going on, how’s life will be the routine whenever we met.

I went to MPAG and met with one of my friends En Zainal who was a Pengarah Pembangunan in Alor Gajah. I haven’t met him for almost 5 years. He’s the one who help me on my previous project with HONDA. I tried to call him but, I didn’t kept his number in my phone, so I decided and paid him a visit in his office. So, we have some chats and he told me that our new YDP was Hj Nordin from Bukit Bulat. I’m surprised when I heard that that guy who held a title as a YDP was Hj Nordin. He’s the one who sat at the back in my Mercedes few years ago, loitering around when he was Ketua Pemuda. Well times changing everything, let the best man win. Fuck-off, I’m not interested in politics.

What most important to me know is to find a job, if I’m working outside again I’ll try to find a job with a rotation or otherwise, kerja kat Malaysia jer la nampaknya. Insyallah ada kot.

Staying with the kids made me happy and smile all day long. I love that, Farisha became more closed to me, Daniel as always with his Rm2, anything you want you can get it there as what he told me…huhuhuhuhhu. Hafiz with his studies and updating his blog at night. Amar macam biasala, nothing much to says, busy with his schooling books and play with his brothers and sister. Ikhbal, once in a while he call home and said hello ayah Ibu buat apa dah makan?

Oppsss……. I almost forgotten, today Hafiz and Amar joined their school marathon. Hafiz started first at 2:00pm  and ended at 3:30pm. I asked him how’s the marathon, who finished with the first place. As he replied back to me…. waaaa I’m so tired, maybe I ate too much in the afternoon so that’s why I couldn’t run, but I finished it not in front or at the back… just in the middle.. huhuhuhuhuhuuhuhuhu.

Amar started at 4:00pm and finished at 5:30pm, I just asked him which place he finished the marathon? He told me, hahahahahahha… 13th. and he walked away.

Well that’s my kids……….

I bought a 6 X 5 foot white board that cost me about RM90 at Huan Yo (kedai stationeries Cina kat depan rumah tu haaaa) together with the whiteboard markers and a duster. My fully attention was my 10years old son Amar as he needs lots of practice in writing.

Seronok jugak macam dah jadik cekgu pulak ….. huhuhuhuhu..

When Ikhbal came back from his school, he brought back his homework where I saw him putting down all his technical drawing equipments spreading on the floor, and suddently I flashed back my memories which happened long time ago when I balik kampung from Polytech with the same homework.

A set square, flex curve, french curve and  compas refresh my memories for 20 years ago when I’m in technical school. He asked me about the first and third elevation drawing, isometric drawing and some other related to his studies.

Last week he called me from school asking me weather he should stay in Engineering Drawing or LCT Class? I can’t decide anything because I didn’t know what his interested with. Engineering Drawing for me was an interested subject which I scored full marks while in school (if I’m not mistaken…huhuhuhuhuu) but I know nothing in computer technology (tak pernah belajar bab nie beb…).

So, I explained to him more about engineering drawings before he came back and told me that he had decidced to take engineering drawings class.

And today for the very first time I’m teaching engineering drawing to my kid. I might forgoten some skills on preparing engineering drawing but after I saw all complete sets of engineering drawing tools, easily I grabbed all the memories and started sketching and put it down on a piece of paper. I admit that, I had forgoten some of the definations but, I successfuly covered it up back by referring to my old machineries engineering handbook which I used before in school. I still kept it in safe and it still looked new.
